DISTRICT DRINKING WATER SYSTEM

Water is the most essential resource for life. However, except in developed countries of North America, Europe, and Australia, tap water is not considered safe to drink. In most of the parts of the world, it is advised not to drink tap water without purification as it could be contaminated with microorganisms or other impurities at the water sources or in the water distribution network. This forces people purchase bottled water or install water purifiers for sourcing their daily drinking water.

With Unisus’s design capability and infrastructure development, we can provide District Drinking Water plant that allows residents to drink water straight from dedicated tap, separated from standard water system. Utilizing Reverse osmosis and UV sterilizer throughout the network, our drinking water is as pure as bottled water or the best water purifier in the market.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The water supply from Waterworks Authority is sent to our water treatment plant for purification process, consisting of multiple procedures as follows.

  • Multi-layer filters
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) system
  • Ozone purification
  • UV sterilization

To ensure that our water quality complies with international standards,our experts constantly monitor water quality in all aspects with multiple measures such as pH value, Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), Electrical Conductivity (EC), and Total dissolved solids (TDS).

Distribution Network

Throughout the whole underground piping system, 316L stainless steel pipe is used to ensure that highest water quality possible with below features.

  • Corrosion resistant
  • Low carbon
  • Food grade stainless steel
  • Comply with NSF standard

We also apply UV sterilizer along the piping system and continue to monitor quality in every checkpoints underground.

IN-ROOM SMART FAUCET

In every room, smart faucet and UV sterilizer are installed, together with light indicators, which allow residents to know the water quality before consumption.

  • Blue light = Good quality for drinking
  • Red light = Not ready for drinking

There is also a smart digital meter for residents to check their water consumption in real time.
